  2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

    • Orders can be modified after placing the order. Please contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
    • Orders cannot be cancelled 
  3. How do I apply a discount code?

    • Enter your discount code at checkout. Make sure it is still valid and applicable to your purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

  1. How much does shipping cost?

    • Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the delivery option you choose. Free shipping for orders over $50 (Australia-wide) and $110 (International) 
  2. Do you ship internationally?

    • Yes, we ship to most countries. Check our shipping page for a list of countries we service.
  3. How can I track my order?

    • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through your account.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges and refunds for faulty items, provided there is no issue with the garment. 

  1. How do I exchange an item?

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service. 
  2. How long does it take to process a return?

    • Returns are typically processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the item.

Wrong/Defective Items 

  1. What do I do, I have a wrong/defective item?
    • If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with a resolution at no additional cost.
